Calendaring This minsitry assists the parish by fostering collaboration among all ministries for times and space within the parish campus for events, and inserts such requests into an online Master Calendar for all ministries to view.
Communications This ministry manages parish information and its distribution. It includes the Sunday bulletin, the parish Facebook page, Flocknotes, the St. Peter Happenings email and the LiveStream Masses recordings and postings.
Finance Council This ministry assists the pastor in the administration of the parish finances through good stewardship. The finance council meets the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00pm in the Parish Center.
Kitchen Oversight Committee This ministry makes sure the kitchen in the Parish Hall is up to Michigan sanitation codes, and the parishioners using the kitchen understand the policies and procedures mandated by the state of Michigan.
Pastroral Council This ministry assists the pastor by being the "eyes and ears" of the parish through communicating with parishioners and all the parish ministries, in order to create a Catholic community of Love, Faith and Hope.
Safety Ministry The ministry reviews all parish facilities, operational plans and procedures to ensure all safety and health norms are provided, and to integrate our parish with the diocesan safety plan. Parishioners who are the first responders: police, fire, EMT, doctors, nurses and those with CPR & AED certifications are encouraged to join.
Technology (Lights, Sound System, Carillon Bells, HVAC) This ministry makes sure the programmable systems in the church and parish buildings are running properly.
